Most Texans disagree with Gov. George W. Bush's assertion that their state has never executed an innocent person. According to the Scripps Howard Texas Poll, 57 percent of Texans believe someone has been executed by mistake. (Source: Des Moines Register, 6-23-2000). Let's set aside whether you ought to be executing people in the first place. Shouldn't you at least make sure your victims are guilty? Was there some incredible need to rush Gary Graham's execution? It couldn't wait a little longer while you at least doublechecked the facts? What were you afraid of, that he might die of natural causes? You say you have no influence over the Parole Board, people you appointed?? If this is the kind of influence and leadership you're able to muster, are you sure you're fit to be President of the United States? CONCLUSION: George W. Bush is a murderer. He is a criminal as bad as John Wayne Gacy or that-other-guy who chopped up his victims and ate them (whatever his name was). He was the one that tried, sentenced, and executed all those people? You actually compare him to Hitler? That is inexcusable, because he has not murdered anyone.
