John McCain Ex-Con For President? |
|
A few boards nailed together. A few windows. Someone going by might waste a minute's curiosity for the "Town Jail" sign, but that'd be it. And yet it was here in this maximum security foreign prison that perhaps the next President of the United States spent several years of his life! For shame, John McCain! |

|
He wondered, sometimes aloud, sometimes to himself, whether he would ever again see the light of day and taste the sweet breath of freedom. The citizens of those faraway lands lived every moment in fear that that day might be at hand. McCain thought of the days and weeks and years that he had so foolishlessly squandered away by living a life of wrongdoing, and vowed he would never give up crime if only he could get out. The graffitti he left behind still completely covers the walls. "I hate everybody!" declares one prominent scrawl. And, "I will take my revenge!" |

This easy chair was carried to different places in the facility, depending on the need. The barber shop, the dining area, the rec room, the chapel. Sometimes a fellow prisoner wouldn't return from break. And always this chair would have a peculiar odor. There were rumors that a person shouldn't sit in it, not unless he was very depressed and didn't already have a belt or tie. It gave John McCain a great deal of sadistic pleasure whenever a prisoner met his demise in this chair. (No, wait, that remark is for the George W. Bush page we're planning...) |

And we are disturbed about his popularity. The reason we are disturbed is because he know he's an ex-con, that he did time in a foreign prison, but others seem to be ignoring his past. What kind of crimes might this man be guilty of? Can't anyone but us see the evil, hateful, criminal look on his face? It's the look of the criminally insane, the look of someone who gets a great deal of joy call it "kicks" out of the misery of others. And while we are for a "second chance" for everyone and for welcoming ex-cons back into society, we do not believe they should immediately seek the White House upon release. Please hold off on supporting his bid for the White House. It might be just his way of getting into position to get revenge upon the authorities in that other country. Or worse, it could be that he desires power so he will be able to get his buddies out of prison! Even Secret Service agents are afraid of him. What will he wear on Inauguration Day? His orange jumpsuit? Or will he stick with the red and white stripes? We can't afford to find out! |
